How We Work

This section explains an overall workflow and what to expect when we working together, ensuring a smooth partnership.

Please share the following information first:
Further discussion is available via email, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

1. Techincal Drawing / Artwork:
   • Preferred format: .ai(Best) , .pdf , .dwg, .sldprt.
   • Please include: color, dimensions, thickness, material requirements if available.
2. Quantity / Packaging:
   • In stack: (e.g., 10pcs labels per liner, 1000pcs per stack).
   • In roll: (e.g., 3000pcs labels per roll. Suggested 100M total length with 3mm space between each labels).
   • In bag: (e.g.,100pcs nameplates per bag).
3. Applied Condition:
   • Where and how will the product be used?
   • Key factors: Temperature range, Flat/Bended/Recess/Oil/ Sanded surface, Indoor/Outdoor, Chemical exposure, Anti-Static, Anti-Scratch.

Once you have made your decision, the order will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment and signed approval/ PO.

Payment method:
Cash in advance by. 
- International T/T (USD, CAD, EUR)
- ACH (USD, CAD, EUR)

We will send the drawing to you for review and approval before mass production.
Due to the nature of customized products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We can proceed with sampling or mass production.
A sampling fee may apply, usually from 200 ~ 300 USD. 

While zero defects cannot be guaranteed, we conduct strict and honest quality inspections to ensure consistent and reliable product quality. We provide a few spare pieces with each order.(~1%)
Products and Commercial Invoice are packed carefully according to your requested format (sheet, roll, or bag) to ensure a safe delivery.

DAP
- For small orders (under 100 kg), we ship by air via FedEx / DHL / UPS/ SF EXPRESS.
- For large orders (over 100 kg), we recommend sea freight for cost efficiency.
EXW/FCA
- Self-pickup or customer-appointed courier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider is available upon request.

Delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on production schedule and material availability.
Shipping costs and import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the customized nature of our products, orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide replacement or corrective action after mutual review.

All products are manufactured based on the final drawings and specifications approved by the customer.
